3.1 The content of the Website is owned by Studio BlueGreen or third parties. Subject to the other provisions of this clause 3, no content from the Website, including any downloadable worksheets or other similar content, may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcasted, transmitted or otherwise used without our written consent, except where it is used:

3.1.1 for non-commercial personal and educational use (provided it is not published or shared with any third parties) where no consent is required; or

3.1.2 for participation in any of the activities promoted by Studio BlueGreen via the Website.

10.9 These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights on any person or party (other than you and/or us) pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

10.10 These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website are governed by English law and you are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
